Change Shipping Module Prestashop 1.7 and Add Features -- 2

Hello,
We have a working Prestashop Shipping module and want to add some features to it.
We would like it to have this features:
1. select orders and push bulk Generate AWB (shipping labels) - it will generate multiple order awb's in same time
2. send tracking link and AWB to customer by email
3. change order status to Delivered
4. be able to download PDF from order list - instead of Packing Slip
5. make cron job to scan delivery status - if failed, change order status to Failed and send email to customer
module needs to have settings which we can change, for example user and password configuration, message to client, cron job for order status
