Performance Marketer (PPC Expert) – Weight Loss (UK & Europe)

Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketing Expert who has proven success in generating real sales (not just traffic) for weight loss / GLP-1 products (e.g., Retatrutide, Mounjaro, peptides, etc.). Products include: GLP-1-based treatments (Retatrutide, Mounjaro category) . Target Market: UK & Europe . Goal: High-converting paid campaigns → consistent daily sales b) Responsibilities Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across: . Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) . Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) . Native / Adult-friendly / Alternative traffic sources (if required) . Telegram marketing funnels . Build conversion-focused funnels (landing pages, bridge pages if needed) . Handle ad compliance for restricted products (health/pharma niche) . A/B testing creatives, angles, hooks, and offers . Optimize CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate daily Implement tracking: . Google Tag Manager . Conversion API . Pixel tracking . Funnel tracking c) MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE Proven experience with: . Weight loss / GLP-1 / peptides / pharma offers Strong understanding of: . Google Ads policy (healthcare & restricted content) . Meta ad restrictions & workaround strategies . Cloaking / bridge page strategy (if applicable) Track record of: . Generating consistent sales (not leads only) . Scaling campaigns profitably d) What We Expect .
