• Head and neck. Turn your head left and keep it there for 2 seconds.

• Neck tilt. Start with your head in a comfortable straight position

• Back.

• Shoulders

• Shoulder and arms

• Backward shoulder press

• Wrists

• Fingers and hands

Work Conditioning Exercise Combine with Ergonomic Exercise I would like a presentation power point presenting a work condition exercise combine with ergonomic exercises. With presentation would like graphics that show my idea and listing of exercises and defining of small changes leading to habits and large changes.

Every time group moves to a different ergonomic stretch the two people in middle rotate from chair into stretch exercise.
