i’ve done very similar recently, built full Power Platform setups with Power Apps + Power Automate flows + Power BI dashboards on Dataverse. Do you want Dataverse as the core data layer or are we integrating with existing SQL/SharePoint? What kind of workflows are priority first—approvals, data sync, or external API integrations? I suggest using Dataverse with proper relationships and RBAC to avoid scaling issues later. I also recommend separating flows into atomic Power Automate units with retry + logging for reliability. I will first map your processes and design the data model in Dataverse. Then I will build Power Apps screens and connect automated flows step by step.
