Power BI graphs to be developed

We have built a carbon footprint calculator for SME's. We are now building a Power BI system to be able to follow-up some KPI's, such as participation rates, total amount of GHG covered, reduction efforts planned, etc. Each month there is a relatively simple extract made out of the database behind the tool. This extract should be used to feed the Power BI system. Some general graphs have to be made in the Power BI. You can find an extract from the database (1 regarding emissions, 1 regarding reduction commitments) in attachment. Note that a timestamp will also be included. The powerpoints explains the graphs that will have to be made. The green graphs should be build in priority. Timing is ASAP, but please be realistic with your offer. Quality is more important than timing.
