Help with Power BI Incremental refresh and Auto Refresh

I built my Power BI with multiple sources which are simply CSV documents from a web URL and in some data soucre, i add some steps which builds an URL and query a web API to get results.
I need to get incremental refresh because it takes 3 hours + to update my data and i would like it updated like 2 times a day in the web services.
Never managed to make Incremental working + Online when i want to schedule update i get this error:
You can't schedule refresh for this dataset because the following data sources currently don't support refresh:
Data source for Query1
If invermental cant work, i can live with only on daily update on the Power BI service website . Since i cant share data and i want to learn, we can do this work together on Any Desk.
