Secure Sheet-Level Sharing Setup

I keep one master workbook in Excel Online where every region’s sales lives on its own tab. I need a clean way to publish that file to a shared OneDrive/SharePoint location while guaranteeing that each tab is only visible to the email addresses I approve for that region. Key points to solve: • Platform is Excel Online, so whatever you build—Power Automate flow, Office Scripts, VBA-free splitting routine, or another cloud-friendly method—must work natively there. • Authorized users may be added two ways: I might type them in one-by-one for small changes or bulk-import a list (CSV/Excel) when many regions update. Please include both options. • I want to maintain the master once; regional viewers should never see other regions’ data yet always have the latest numbers. What I expect back: 1. A working solution (script, automation, or documented process) deployed to my tenant. 2. Step-by-step notes so I can repeat or tweak it later without your help. 3. Brief validation that regional users can confirm they see only their sheet.
