Real-Time Azure & M365 Alerts Using Copilot Studio (AI Solution)

I need a Copilot Studio flow that watches Microsoft’s global health feeds for Azure and M365, detects any service-disruption events the moment they are published, and pushes an email alert to my chosen mailbox right away. The scope is limited to service disruptions only—no maintenance windows or performance advisories—and it must cover both Azure and Microsoft 365 in a single solution.
