We need a web-based internal tool for: Site engineers to submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) from Android phones Project managers to view live reports and progress against BOQ Eventually: measurement books, RA billing, compliance checklists The database schema (PostgreSQL/Supabase), UI design, and all React code has already been designed and is ready. You are NOT designing anything from scratch — you are setting up the infrastructure and integrating the provided code. What is already done (you receive these files) [login to view URL] — complete database schema, 30 tables, paste and run [login to view URL] — complete React frontend, mobile-first [login to view URL] — full product roadmap for future phases What we need you to do (Phase 1 + 2) Phase 1 — Setup + Deploy (Day 1–2) [ ] Create Supabase project (we provide login or you create and hand over) [ ] Run [login to view URL] in Supabase SQL editor [ ] Scaffold React + Vite project [ ] Install dependencies: @supabase/supabase-js, react-router-dom [ ] Integrate [login to view URL] as the main app [ ] Configure .env with Supabase credentials [ ] Test: submit a DPR, verify it appears in Supabase Table Editor [ ] Deploy to Netlify or Vercel (free tier) [ ] Confirm live URL works on Android Chrome Phase 2 — Login + Multi-project (Day 3–5) [ ] Enable Google OAuth in Supabase Auth [ ] Build login screen (Google Sign-In button) [ ] Build project selector screen (shows TR-05 and TR-03 from database) [ ] Wrap app in auth check — redirect to login if not signed in [ ] Link logged-in user to DPR submissions (engineer name auto-filled) [ ] Basic role check — admin sees all projects, engineer sees assigned roads [ ] Re-deploy with auth working Tech stack Layer Technology Frontend React 18 + Vite Database Supabase (PostgreSQL) Auth Supabase Auth (Google OAuth) Hosting Netlify or Vercel (free tier) Mobile PWA — works on Android Chrome All standard, widely-used technologies.
