My Zimbra installation has suddenly started dropping messages in both directions—nothing is reliably coming in or going out. I’m looking for someone who can jump straight into troubleshooting mode, sift through the logs, queues, and MTA settings, and pinpoint why messages are stalling or disappearing. Key details you should know: • The problem affects both inbound and outbound mail, so I suspect it could be DNS-related (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), queue corruption, or a misbehaving transport rule. • I have root and admin access ready for you as soon as we begin. • The goal is a clean bill of health: messages accepted, queued, and delivered without delay, with clear documentation of what was fixed so I can avoid a repeat.
