We are looking for a Polish person to act as a local first contact. We are a Finnish company expanding into Poland and looking for a company there to represent our business model. For this, we need a suitable Polish person to act as the first local contact for Polish customers and potential business partners who reach out through social media ads, making the first approach easier and removing issues such as language barriers. We hope you can act as the first local contact, exchange the first few messages with interested people in Polish, and forward the leads to us for further handling. Inquiries may come through WhatsApp, email, and sometimes by phone. Leads come in irregularly, so this is a side role rather than a full-time position. We would also like you to have a local Polish WhatsApp number to use. We are looking for someone who understands Polish social media and can help with local communication, ad optimization, and improving campaign performance so that we receive inquiries from suitable people or companies. When needed, we also hope you can join video meetings and act as an interpreter between Polish and English.
