We are looking for organizations interested in tendering for our outsourced Technical Support Department. Specifically, suitable candidate(s) should be able to offer the following services: Good working knowledge of: PKI (preferably at advanced technical level) Network Engineering SSL Cryptography Web servers .php SOAP, CURL and other programming languages We have an online Incident Management and Service Level Agreement system that should be easily managed by a single person with the above knowledge. Support requests each day ar between 1 and 5. We have en extensive support database and help files. Process for selection will be as follows: 1. Expression of interest 2. Tender document and company reply 3. Evaluation of tender reply 4. Reference checking 5. Trial of service 6. Pilot programme 7.
