Web servers

SOAP, CURL and other programming languages
We have an online Incident Management and Service Level Agreement system that should be easily managed by a single person with the above knowledge. Support requests each day ar between 1 and 5. We have en extensive support database and help files.
Process for selection will be as follows:
1. Expression of interest
2. Tender document and company reply
3. Evaluation of tender reply
4. Reference checking
5. Trial of service
6. Pilot programme
7. Official handover
