I want someone who will be able to create a browser extension for me or a stand-alone application that will check a website constantly and wait for a change. Once it does detect a change (A link is posted) It's going to click on that link and then grabs the page that opens URL and posts that URL on in my account on another website. Once the link is posted to my account on the other website the website automatically generates a new link. It will take that new link that is generated and post the link back to the website that it took the original link from (The original website allows you to add links). The software or browser extension should continue to do this constantly. Please view PDF for additional information.

I would recommend actually setting up a web crawler on your desktop, instead of a browser extension. Please let me know more details though. Which websites are they? Stay tuned, I'm still working on this proposal.

I have experience building custom software for clients for 3 years. I will likely build a standalone application to match your specific specs using Node.JS/JavaScript. Relevant Skills and Experience I have experience with HTML scraping and parsing, JavaScript, and Node.js. I also can convert vague specs into detailed description of what to do.
