Custom Ticket management system :
System MUST be in PHP with phpmyadmin database that run on xampp works with the phpmailer()
Things Required :
1. Accounts Essentials (Login, Register, Forget Password)
Users ( Client , Contractor, Admin) Pages.
2. Ticket works :
2.1 Client Request Ticket, Ticket Will Be Send To The Admin Email "Client Name() Have Lock a case" and Client Emails "You Have Lock a case". The Case will be able to edit in 24 hours after it have been created by the client.
2.2 The system should be able to show the time that the ticket is been created for only admin side.
2.3 After the case have been created, the admin will assign a contractor. The contractor will received email and job details from the admin regarding the case.
2.4 The contractor receive the email and job details, The contractor will have job status box to put the current job status. The Contractor will received the details.
2.5 After the job pending is closed, the job status will change to finish / completed or pending.

Database will be included with the current database.
We have build half of the code system, we will include it in the project files.
We just need a programmer to build the remaining functions and make the system nice.
