I work with a small recruitment firm that does locum / temporary placements. The time it is taking to administrate is quite time consuming.
The current process works like this;
- client calls recruitment firm and briefs the work that needs to happen.
- bookings are inputed and held in an Excel spreadsheet
- recruitment firm calls locum / temp workers and asks if they can work - then confirms they are available.
- recruitment firm then advises client that the order has been filled.
- extensive brief (done as a template in MS word) is sent to both locum and client
- invoice is then done by recruitment firm at the end of the month using xero and sent to client for payment
I want to develop or customise an existing platform that improves the efficiency by automating and safe checking this process as much as possible with specific reference to;
- streamline the invoicing process and ensure all hours / days are accounted for
- streamline the briefing send-outs through the system by having forms which require relevant fields to be inputed
- email and sms notifications to both client and locums
- clients being able to request services through their own login on the platform
- incorporate a calendar system that allows for locum / temporary availability to be inputed which will save additional.
Anyone who has experience with booking systems / platform should be able to assist with this
