Web based data base for representative and client conflict tracking. Reps can sign up to participate with field of their experience and organization, if accepted, they will be given a rep number. Reps can then post clients to their "protected" list for a period of time. They will get notifications and progress report requirements by email automatically from the software. If a prospective client is already protected by name, address, tel number comparisons, the submitting rep will be notified that the client is protected and for how much longer. Admin will have a dash board to look at all information across all reps. Client protection list will be assigned a maximum number of records changeable by admin. Notification fields should be adjustable by admin. Automatic notification to reps about information on progress and time left should be included.
