We are looking for an amazing programmer, skilled in all web based languages. This doesn't mean you need to have 10+ years experience in the industry, we care more about skill and passion than credentials.

We are a small, bootstrapped software company based in UK, We love building software and working with talented people. We build a product tailored to the clinical sector, making health professionals lifes easier by handling appointment scheduling, storing treatment notes and a bunch of other things too.
How we work
We work smarter, not harder. We think work/life balance is important. Some of us work in the UK, others overseas.
You'll spend most of your time working on our Clinical CRM, and a bit of your time working on backend systems that make our lives easier. Your key role is to liase with the support team, fixing the issues, then feeding back to them. Bonus points for communication with the client.
Things you might be doing include:
- Happy to work from our new offices in Skopje, Macedonia.
- Excellent written & spoken English is a must
- Adding new features to our system (you'll be responsible for the entire feature).
- Fixing bugs.
- Improving security.
- Improving performance.
- Working on slack with our customer support team.
- Taking phone calls and dealing with clients.
Let's be clear, you need to be seriously amazing. We are a small team and we want to keep it that way. We will offer you the best job you have ever had with plenty of perks, but we expect you to be super-talented. You also need to be able to work autonomously (we don't do typical management, we expect you to see what needs to be done and just do it). You should be absolutely passionate about building great software. You should take pride in your code, you might have framed pictures of your favorite code snippets amongst your family photos on your desk.
