Write a PHP script to repeatedly import a number of CSV files into a relational database.

I have around 50 .CSV files which are exported daily (automatically sent to remote FTP server) from a proprietary CRM/billing system.
I do not have access to the database used for the CRM, only the exported .CSVs. Because of the difficulty in working with CSV files, I wish to convert the flat files to a relational database by running a script against the exported .CSV files every day.
Each CSV file is already roughly equivalent to a the desired table in the relational database, for example "[login to view URL]", "[login to view URL]" and "[login to view URL]". Within the .CSVs the data is structured using primary and foreign keys, with one record per row.
The structure of the .CSVs (columns etc.) does not change, but each time the .CSV files are generated they will contain all records to date i.e additional rows. Most files are 1-2MB in size but the largest is 600MB.
A sample dataset will be provided with rows limited to sample data only.
The brief for this project is to generate a script/scripts in PHP that will import all data from the CSV files into a mysql/mariadb database, using appropriate column data types, relationships, and other best practices in database design.
