osTicket is a ticketing system. The current ticket creation page is too simple. We'd like to guide the customers to find some info before they create tickets. Also, we have a number of products, and each of them requires the customer to provide some specific pieces of info; i.e., in ticket creation, questions to ask should be related to the product that the customer bought.
We'd like to have a plug-in for creating tickets in osTicket system v1.10. This plug-in should take a simple tree-strcture of data and generate a few levels of sub pages. The information filled in the data structure may change from time to time, and the web pages should be generated at run time based on the data structure specified.
In osTicket, some of the fields in Ticket Details should be shown on at the run time depending on what product is in context. Basically, the Ticket Details section should allow tree structured information and only display things that are relavent in context.
