I would like to hire a Programmer

I have a gmod server, my developer just went rogue and deleted all the files and gave them to another server. I'm looking for someone to be able to help me put the server back up. We are on a really really really tight budget and if you could maybe do this for free? It's not much work just installing files, I'd really appreciate it we've had this server for about a month and then the other coder deleted our files and proceeded to cyber bully us :/ If you can do it for free it will be most appreciated, if you can't we will try to get donations to pay you since we pay 25 dollars a month for our server.
