Using the wordpress jobify theme I need to have set-up all functions for job posting and application for three separate geographic locations. These locations, US, Canada, and UK will be selectable on main page and once a geographic location is selected the visitor will be taken to a unique section which is dedicated to that location.
Each unique geographic section will allow three user types, employers, job seekers, recruiters.
Job seekers will have the ability to view jobs, apply to jobs, and register to submit resume.
The job seeker will be able to manage their job search utilizing a backend that allows registered job seekers to view jobs that have been applied too, email alerts for jobs that match keywords, multiple resume uploads, ability to select whether or not to make resume visible to recruiters.
Employers will have the ability to post single paid or package purchased jobs.
The employer will have the ability to manage job listings in a backend with ability to view job posting history, view details related to individual posting in form of number of applicants, number of views, submitted resume viewing, applicant approved or rejected function, job posting applicant tracking - approved, contacted, interview (phone, in-person), 2nd - 3rd interview, testing complete, reference checking, offer, acceptance.
Recruiter will have the ability to purchase a yearly package that will gain them access to the resume bank as well as provide email alerts for new resume submissions meeting keyword criteria.
The recruiter will be given an option of multiple job posting packages at a reduced rate.
When a recruiter joins as a member they will have their unique company page with company description contact information and active job listings.
Most of these functions are built into the jobify theme and just need to be activated. A more comprehensive outline will be provided to selected developers.
Jobify experience or wordpress mastery is essential.
