wordpress expert who speak french

We are start offering services to customers in France and we are looking a wordpress expert developer who will be in charged to develop website according customer specifications. We are looking long term relationship for keep working with this developer for projects in France. The selected freelancer should be honest, responsible and very professional because will work in behalf of our company. Task to be done. 1. Use PM system for definte task and obligations, report progress, etc. 2. Talk with customer when is required (previously will be set day and time) for understand requirements About the project: Is required to create a classified multicountry and multicurrency with google translate plugin. The site will be integrated with some payment processor that works in France. I am looking to do this project with wordpress using some theme or any of plugins that already exist for this purpose because project budget is small for a custom website. Also i like the idea of wordpress because i can create pages myself later and also install cache plugins and other things that already exist in wordpress. if i make a custom site will be very expensive develop simple thing s that can be achieved installing a wordpress plugin. see attached document for more information
