Wordpress Expert needed (Theme customization)

Hello,
I have a website I'm working on for my business. I need a Wordpress expert to help me with designing it. I already installed the theme, but there's a lot that needs to be done.

However, that's just the first batch of instructions, there's a lot more that needs to be done including some work that will require some CSS knowledge and some custom coding. For example: Adding a quick estimate box on the slider for a customer to fill out.
Budget is $150, this includes you working on the website till I'm 100% satisfied and it's ready to go. I need a developer that works VERY VERY quick, I want the website to be fully done by Monday, so i will always be adding more to the list to do.
Also, if you are one of those developers that ask for more money during the job because you feel like it's underpaid then please DO NOT bid on this project.
