Wordpress Expert Needed For Custom Design Development

We need and Expert Developer to update our current Wordpress website design into the customize design we drafted. Instructions:
1. Read the Dev Notes, read it carefully and chat me with your bid. If you will not follow the instructions there we will not shortlist you.
2. Check all the files so you will have the exact idea of what we want
3. You MUST be able to customize the Twenty Twelve theme. We don't want any other theme or premium themes. We want fully customized one.
4. There will be some changes along the way, so you must be open about it. Probably like some changes on the design of a certain page. It's unlikely to happen but we never know til we see the dev site.
5. We'll only tag the project as complete when live site is 100%
6. We will NOT release any initial milestone to cover your project acceptance cost. If you don't like this please don't bid.
7. Project should be completed within 12 days after acceptance of the project.
