I would like a situation with paginating a book resolved. This appears to be a complex one, so you'd really have to be familiar with working with Word Document to crack this. How it'll work: I will give you a Style Guide Template from the publisher; I will load some Sample text from the Introduction page (which reflects Page 1 ), and you are to ensure that page numbers from that page onward reflect on each page. I would suggest you take a look at the template and give it ago. If you can do it, I will pay you to fill up the rest of the book with my manuscript, bearing in mind all pages starting from the Introduction page are numbered. It sounds simple, but it isn't. You REALLY have to know what you're doing, only then will it be simple work.
