Woocommerce Plugin Modification Ebay Selling manager

I have woocomerce plugin that I want to modify.

First thing, please do not apply and tell me about what you did / have done in the past. I need someone who is efficient not a time waster. I like straight forward answer . if you can do it, please apply, do not pretend that you know it but then you make all excuses.

I include the plugin here , so please check before you apply.

What I want to modify is:

1) I want to be able to receive and reply Ebay messages via my Woocommerce website

2) I want to be able to send the digital item/ download link automatically to the customer via email and to the Ebay buyer's inbox .

This is what I received from the supplier :

Digitally delivered items must be listed in the Classified Ad Format in the Everything Else>Information Products category only.

You can already set the listing type to classified ads and select this every thing else category. So you can list downloadable items to eBay with WP-Lister but you cannot actually upload any downloadable file to eBay."

I want to set it as a Buynow, not Classified listing.
