Woocommerce Android App Development

We are looking for a Woocommerce Android App which can fetch data from our store using REST API and post orders to our store. Some normal features :
1. Automatic Sync of our website products in app.
2. Support for CCAvenue and Cash on delivery payment methods.
3. Aftership plugin integration and push notifications when delivery is done.
4. Allow customers to cancel the orders before its shipped.
5. Allow customers to track orders in the app in realtime (Aftership API can be used for that)
6. Login, Logout, Order History, Wishlist and other common features....
7. Push Notifications....etc....
Speed is very important. If you've already done such project before, you can show samples. It is OK to use readymade framework or themes but integration of all necessary features will be required. We can discuss into more details on this.....
