WooComerce - delivery calculator plugin

Hello I need plugin to check in which area is client for WooComerce online food system. We have 4 delivery zones (Zone 1 - delivery free, Zone 2 - 3$, Zone 3 - 5$, Zone 4 - 7$, outside any zone we don't delivery). If Client write adres which is inside zone 1 delivery print free delivery, if Client write adres which is inside zone 2 delivery add 3$ to delivery cost, if Client write adres which is inside zone 3 add 5$ to delivery cost, if client write adres which is inside zone 4 add 7$ to delivery cost, if client are not inside any delivery zones print We don't delivery here Admin of Woocomerce should import kml with polygons of zones from My Maps (Google Maps). 1 file = 1 zone and can set cost of delivery Admin must be able to set how many delivery zones have (1 - 9) For more i would like to have "Adres Black list". Admin can be able which adres are inside delivery zone but we don't delivery here And i would like to have "Adres fixed price". Admin can be able to set which adres outside area is allowed. For example we have only 1 bulding outside any area and here we delivery for 10$.
