Allows a user to login to the PPP using their Photographer Name (First and Last), Photographer Password, Photographer ID Number and Photographer Phone Number. Validation of inputted data should be done. The form will also need to verify the information (Photographer Name, Photographer Password and Photographer ID Number) against the database table. Once the Photographer Name, Photographer Password and Photographer ID Number are validated/verified the user should be directed to a page based upon the option selected in the drop down menu. The options are as follows: • Search A Photograher’s Records (No Form required to retrieve information other than the Login Form) • Book a Client’s Appointment (Form that allows photographer to book an appointment/event for a client) • Place A Client’s Order (Form that allows photographer to place an order for a client. NOTE: an order cannot be placed if an appointment was not made) • Update A Client’s Order (Form that allows the photographer to update an existing order if the customer needs to add additional items to the current order) • Cancel A Client’s Appointment (Form that allows for the removal of an appointment from the photographer’s account) • Cancel A Client’s Order (Form that allows for the removal of an order from the photographer’s account) • Create A New Client Account (Form that allows the input of essential information to create an account for a client) Based upon the option chosen one of the following actions occurs. • If the user chooses the Search A Photographer’s Records option you will display a table showing the photographer’s records which will contain the Photographer’s Name (First and Last), Photographer’s ID Number, Photographer’s Phone Number, Photographer’s Email and Client’s Name (First and Last), Event Type, Venue for the Event, Date and Time of Appointment/Event, Appointment ID, Client’s Order, Client’s Address and Order Number for every client associated with and ONLY with the given Photographer. NOTE: This will need a JOIN query. There is a video under Useful Websites under Week 0 that will be helpful if you need a visual explanation of how to use the Join query. • If the user chooses the Book a Client’s Appointment option the system should check to see if the client already has an account. If an account exists an appointment can be booked. If a client does not have an account then the system should indicate that the client does not exist in the DB table and an account needs to be made before booking an appointment. When creating an appointment the appointment number for the client should be generated using a random number generator. NOTE: an existing client can book an appointment with any photographer in the Photographer Table. • If the user chooses the Place A Client’s Order option the system should check to see if the client already has an account. Then check if the client has booked an appointment. If an account exists and an appointment was booked the order can be placed. If a client does not have an account then the system should indicate that the client does not exist in the DB table and an account needs to be made before placing an order, but remember the client has to have booked an appointment before they can place an order. When creating an order the order number for the client should be generated using a random number generator. NOTE: existing client can place an order with any photographer in the Photographer Table • If the user chooses the Update An Order option the system should check that the order exists and add to the existing order. If it does then ask the user if they are sure they wish to update the order before proceeding with the update of the order. If the order does not exist the system should indicate that it does not and ask the user to check the information and re-enter valid data.
