Website - Online Store (Subscription Product)

I am looking to build a website with a Monthly subscription, to which a Physical item will be shipped to the Member.

As Part of this I require an Online Shop where the user would select the subscription they choose. Initially 4 Options (but will grow)

Each Member of the website will select the date they wish the item to be shipped. I would like to transcode the date into a week, so I will be able to ship a weeks worth of items on each Monday (or day I select. )

This is to be an automatic report that is emailed to me each week with details in the email and also as an attached CSV. (eg Name, Address, Day selected, Items, ect. Account Status)

With reports sent to me everytime a new person signs up for the subscription, changes subscription or deletes their subscription.

I will require a Webshop to show the subscriptions and the ability to login and update anything.

I would like to use Paypal, Stripe, e-way, Square or other SECURE payment provider.

I would like this to be as self sufficient as possible.

Possibly using a service similar to Shopify, Subbly, WIX, SquareSpace, Zoho or others.

Please supply a price based on the above, obviously there will be considerations before I select who will do this.

I request that you have completed a SUBSCRIPTION Product website before. With examples of what you have done, including screen shots of the admin / backend.

I would like to see examples of your work and anything similar you have done.
