website modifications to vBulletin site

I have vBulletin forum software and I am on [login to view URL] server. vBulletin : 3.5.4 I have a addon called vbookie that is a free addon available at [login to view URL], I have installed it and it is working fine. But i would like to make some simple modifications to it. I also would like to add some content to my forums, calorie counter calculators, BMI calculators, etc. It is a fitness website still under construction somewhat. the content(calculators) will be in 3 of the forums. I would like for them to popup in a new window so that members can use them at my site. The vBulletin software is xhmtl, and has a admin cp and templates. please only respond if you are familiar with this software, or are 100% sure you can do this project.
