correct website error and error with forms

We are experiencing technical difficulties. We used someone we know to design our website, we are happy with the design/layout etc but unfortunately our contact us form is not working.

I am currently looking for a advanced website engineer who can do the following tasks:

1) rectify the contact us form as it is currently not working and data from forms are not being received

2) rectify 503 Service Unavailable error :

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

3) add 1 additional form
