Website Article Scrapper - PHP Script -- 2

Hello, I need Website Article Scrapper, [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Project Details - Article Scrapper based upon CSV eg. I will add CSV in our project, our script must read CSV file, 1st column only, where title is written and search the title in these 3 websites, if script found article or similar in these website than copy it, and create Txt file as per the notepad and if their is no related article found in these 3 websites, than find any random article on that person and just replace the article title with CSV 1st column title and just replace the article words with the article title and replace the dates that’s all, and sometimes, when we search any article on these websites, it shows wrong result, so script must identify automatically, by comparing it with article title and similar articles are allowed and article must not be duplicate in terms of random articles, Their will be character limit for articles + Blaclist keywords, which needs to be automatically deleted Budget - $30 max
