Webshop with invoice generator(PDF)

Combine webshop script and a pdf generator script to generate pdf file with invoice. i have all the scripts but need help combining them. Also need help to alter the invoice layout.

When customer checkout i want to generater a pdf with the invoice and also send one invoice by mail to me and the customer.

The generator has to get the purches data from the webshop.
