WebApp using Google AutoML Vision custom dataset

We are interested in creating an app that will allow users to take a snapshot of a food product certification (Organic, Paleo, non-GMO, Halal, Kosher etc.) and would recognize the certification agency logo and provide contact info for them from our database.
We need custom image dataset of logos to train AutoML with images as well as using regular google images dataset.
Web wrapper must be coded in php, freelancer must create initial model using own google account.
Only proposals containing the word cat will be considered.
