Web script to rate items

The project is to create a web script or simple program that can be used to submit 5-star ratings on pages similar to this: [login to view URL] Scroll down about halfway and you'll see greyed out stars. When the browser cache is cleared another rating can be submitted, so the script must clear the cache (wait until it's cleared) and repeat. The interface would have something like these: Enter page URL: Enter star rating: Quantity: Should have the option to enter quantity of 1000. Use the keyword HAGAJI in your bid to show that you have read and understand this. Bids in excess of the budget are ignored.
