Job portal where candidates can upload and make/edit their CV, employers can upload jobs and search for relevant candidates. There should be a open jobs directory, a CV directory, a search feature, newsletter, backend dashboard for candidates, employers (with all necessary tools, import options etc.) and site owner - all with statistics/graphs. Front page should be able to display jobs, features relevant for the individual users. There should also be a big help section, a blog, contact features between candidates and employers and a way for employers to segment and email potential candidates and all the usual features for a competitive job site today. Inspiration is [login to view URL] job section.

READ THIS CAREFULLY
All built in PHP, backend theme should be Flatlab, frontend theme could be Canvas, databases could be MySQL or Firebase or any other fast, stable solution. CMS not an option. It's imperative that sites are superfast and crashfree. Downtime is not an option. We want all 3 portals built simultaneously so you will need a bigger team than 2 people. I need to see relevant experience from similar big projects.
We expect you to not only be the developer, but also bring improvements and ideas to the table. If you see something is missing, say it. If you see something that could be done better, say it. Do you have experience building similar portals, please send me your references. Finally, the team should have huge attention to detail and be able to work alone without us babysitting and we expect you to be able to test your own features/code first ie. don't finish a segment and immediately email us and say, "it's ready now", please test it thoroughly first so we avoid silly mistakes.
