I need a new website. I need you to design and build my blog. I am using Wordpress and can't figure it out. I want my site to be recipes categorized by type. Users need to log on. They can save recipes from mybsite, other sites or upload their own. From these recipes they can put them in a weekly or monthly meal planner. This then can be sent into a grocery list. From this list they can remove items or add items. They can print from any of these areas recipes meal planning or grocery list. The shopping list also shows local ads.  This is several different websites all combined into one for free so needs ads to pay for it  My main goal is for members to upload recipes or view the ones that are there. Share recipes with other members by posting them. Create a Meal Plan by selecting various recipes and then create a shopping list based on the recipes they selected.       I am not looking to spend a ton of money on this project and would like reasonable quotes with suggestions on how to keep the budget very low. Other sites are making this work very easily... My site will not revolve solely on the recipes, it will have a blog etc. Meal planner pro plug in seems to do all of this, I just do not know how to clear this site        Functions that must be included: 1. Ability to view and upload recipes (even if using a preexisting wordpress plug-in) - with customizable ingredients and various details. 2. Ability to create a meal plan / Calendar 3. Ability to create a grocery shopping list (generated from the recipes that were selected in the meal plan). 4. Members uploads can be viewed by everyone (this is already a feature if members can submit a recipe).
