We are looking for a server based software backend and frontend that will accomplish 4 main parts for this job:
This is based on eBay US and Amazon US markets with the ability to expand to more sites/markets in the future.
1. eBay Listing:
Best examples are: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]
A. Automatically grab all item information from Amazon using only ASIN number, that includes photo(s), title, description, UPC, MPN, brand, and item specifics.
B. Check the eBay VERO list and automatically delete items that violate eBay’s VERO (with ability to add more items manually in the future).
C. Calculate the eBay listing price based on dollar amount or percentage entered into a universal algorithm (or profit formula) set by us (the users).
D. Compile each listing description based on an eBay listing template to be ready to upload to eBay (we will provide multiple CSS/HTML templates), this option similar to hydra-lister.
E. Automatically resize the item image (photo) and upload it to [url removed, login to view] using their API with a token specific to our flickr account, then using that resized photo as our eBay item main photo and to embed within the description compiled in item (D) above. (the same as [url removed, login to view] except they use imgur)
F. Automatically upload all items in bulk to the specified eBay account, AND assigning the correct eBay category, while also including the ASIN number within the eBay’s backend system (seller’s dashboard) as “item notes “to use in the next part (part 2 below).
2. Source item price and stock monitoring:

A. Check all live eBay items prices and compare it to correct item source (amazon) as often as every half hour and up to every 24 hours based on our (user) setting.
B. Only check the correct item based on the ASIN linked to it on eBay to that item on amazon.
C. Reprice the item on eBay based on our profit formula if the item price change on amazon.
D. Repeat steps A to C (or do it at the same time) for stock and availability of each item on amazon. If items are out of stock, change it to out of stock on eBay automatically, also have the option for us (users) to specify if the item has less than specific stock (example 3 left on amazon) then set it to out of stock on our eBay listing.
3. Automatic ordering:

A. We (users) will be able to log in to our Amazon account for purchasing orders (link the account for automation).
B. As soon as the item is sold and payment is made on eBay, the software will place the order through our amazon account. Example: [url removed, login to view] (The auto order system must be able to distinguish the “buy now” and the “amazon subscription” options and always choose the “buy now” automatically.
C. Each order will have the eBay buyer’s name and address and marked as a gift.
D. Each order will be universally marked as a gift with a specific gift message if available.
E. After the purchase is made on amazon, the buyer name and address information will be deleted from amazon’s account.
F. Once (immediately) amazon marked it shipped, the tracking information will be posted on that eBay transaction page and marked shipped on eBay.
G. User ability to either choose to do this automatically or manually (example: click to order all 10 eBay purchases now if automatic is turned off).
