Web app PHP Coding / APP like UI/UX - will be integrated with Wordpress as a login - seprate domain will be used.
ITs basic time sheet management and data entry automation few things might need more clarification i am happy to answer .
Main Functionality:
1. Admin Section
Features:
Employee Creation:
Only administrators will have the privilege to create employee profiles.
The creation process will include fields for essential information, including documentation expiry dates for compliance purposes.
Document Expiry Notifications:
The system will automatically send email reminders to all stakeholders when employee documentation expiry dates are approaching.
Only administrators will have the authority to update these dates.
2. Employee Portal
Features:
Time Entry:
Employees will be able to input the services they have provided, select the date, choose the service, and enter accompanying notes.
Multi-Entry Capability:
Employees can add multiple time entries for different services on the same day.
Notes Reminder:
If an employee forgets to add notes while entering time, the system will send reminders every two days until the notes are added.
3. Time Sheet Management
Features:
Download Reports:
Admins will have the capability to download weekly and monthly time sheet reports in PDF format for all employees.
Reminder Emails:
Admins can send reminder emails directly from the system to prompt employees to update their time sheets. If an employee fails to update, the system will continue to send auto-reminders until the admin chooses to deactivate them.
4. North Star Agreement Management
Features:
Create Agreement:
Administrators can generate North Star agreements by entering basic client information. This data will be auto-populated into the agreement form for ease of use.
Digital Signature Integration:
The administrator can send the agreement form to the client for digital signature through a secure link. Clients will be able to review, sign, and submit the form.
PDF Copy Distribution:
Upon submission, both the client and administrator will receive a copy of the signed agreement in PDF format.
5. Data Security and Compliance
Client Information Retention:
Client information will not be stored on the server for more than 10 days, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Application Requirements:
- Successful freelancers should include their experience in their application.
Design Preferences:
