I need a price to make a custom styled woocommerce product page:

The biggest issue is the spacing and font sizes (consistant), it needs to be more compact and organized. Then then it needs to have organized titles, fully boxed in design so it has a flow, the design right now it is all over, box on the right, box on the left, big font here, small font here.

It must all work correctly and be responsive DO NOT contact through the site. Whatever the modifications it needs to work with updates and other extensions that may be installed.
Attached is a few notes on the current issues PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT JUST WANT YOU TO CHANGE FONTS AND ADD A BACKGROUND. There needs to be a proper organized flow of the order process.
Like configure your options, pricing, shipping, additional options, total, checkout etc.
Must look clean and nice like the samples. Basically i do not expect this design to look anything like it is right now.
Budget is no more than $100 but really more like $50.
