Hello For accomplishing your requirement, we can get a cloud server which will cost 5$ per month and we can setup and configure asterisk in it. We will also need to forward the DID number from twilio to the asterisk server. Web application for adding orders and status can also be done on the same server. Thanks

I have built a cloud based voip framework with asterisk and freepbx which can be customized to take care of the whole call center life cycle / office voip calling as per needs.
