We use Zoho CRM and Zoho currently we can make and receive phone calls through the Zoho Phone Bridge application, we want to create an application ideally that works inside Zoho but if that's too complicated then, for now, we're just happy create an application that sits outside Zoho we want the ability to send phone calls that are pre-recorded voice messages that invite people answering the call to press 1 to speak to an operator to take advantage of a particular offer that we may be providing.
The broadcast voice service in an ideal world will have a pathway to create a chatbot type environment where based on a predetermined spreadsheet upload the message would be able to be personalised that when a particular phone number is called it recognises the owner of that phone number as David and states, "hi it's Bryan from Dot Net Tech Support is David there and when they answer yes or no there is a predetermined response depending on the customer's answer. I'm not sure if this application is even possible at the moment but in the first instance if we had the basic setup even if it wasn't personalized but we could send out 500 simultaneous messages to our customers with new promos giving them the option to press one and take up the offer. The chatbot AI intelligence environment is not necessarily what we want now but it would be something that we would like to create after the first set up is completed.
We are also having difficulties with our Bulk SMS feature inside Zoho, currently, we use Twilio for this application, text messages will send on an individual basis but not in bulk.
