I try to find a program for auto synchronize my photo archive on hard drive with website media library

I'm model and i have a portfolio website. I want to have in my media gallery on website all photos from my hard drive. I don't want to upload everything manual, it must be automatic, because it is almost 10.000 pictures in different folders. So I want to see big photo archive on my website that auto sync with my media library at home computer. Photos must be upload to website with date/tags/other-info and have the same structure like on hard drive folders. Also I need AUTO synchronization between folders on my hard drive and folders on my web site. So any new photos on my hard drive must be auto upload to web site and if i will delete something from hard drive it must be deleted at website also. I have a Windows Server machine at home, that work 24 hours. So it will be easy to make my hard drive like shared folder on web. It is also possible to start some programs there. Maybe it can be word press script. Maybe it can be program. It also can be this way [login to view URL] For example: On my hard drive I have folder "Magazines", then inside this folder I have 10 other folders with 1 - 15 pictures each. First folder there have name "Interview magazine", second "Vogue magazine". So on my website I want to see page with name "Magazines" where will be pictures-links to pages "Interview magazine" and "Vogue magazine". And in page "Interview magazine" must be gallery with pictures from folder "Interview magazine" on computer. It will be cool if i have option to write something on text file inside this folder and then will see this text somewhere on page with pictures from this folder. P.S. It must be already something on web. Maybe program or script. Or if it is not I'm ready to order writing this program. So I need some ideas how I can make it. I need advise and help with setup it.
