Tire hotel web-based managment

Hello. I need a programmer to build me a web based (php/sql) CMS to manage my Tire Hotel System. I live in a country that we need 2 sets of tires every year Summer and Winter tires. Our company stores tires for customers, and we need a better way of managing this, so we need a web-based system, and it must look clean and work well with iPad and Mobile phones and PC also. So our sales and warehouse staff can register a new customer and take/add photos of the tires while they are registering a new customer/tire in our hotel Basic explanation is something like this. -------------------------------------------------------------- Login System so nobody else can see info Admin user that has access to all including delete and mass delete tires in storage Salesperson user that has access to everything except cannot delete and tires in storage Warehouse person that has access to add more photos and add/change location field --------------------------------------------------------------- Add a new customer/Tires for storage Fields that should be filled out Auto (date/time) Auto (storage id number) Location Field - not required of salesperson - Warehouse person will add later Full Name Social ID Home address Phone number Email Car license plate Car make Quantity of tires Tire size Tire Brand Choose if its Summer or Winter tire Choose if it’s on rims or just tires Upload/Take Photos Then print a ticket for customer to keep and send via Email (smtp) And print 4 stickers to put on the tires ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Search for customer/ Tire Storage Page to be able to search for tires in storage by any of the fields ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Details page for tires in storage A page where you can see all info/data about the tires Also, a button there that you can marked them as picked up and then at the same time the customer gets an email that the tires have been picked up (smtp) And print a page to let the customer sign that he has indeed picked up the tires It would be awesome it it could also have details logs automatic like 26.10.2020 - 10:54 - Tires registered to Hotel - by username 26.10.2020 - 13:14 - Location in warehouse added D5478 - by username 28.10.2020 - 12:45 - Phone number update from 6544545 to 5612345 - by username 30.12.2020 - 09:55 - Location in warehouse change to D5476 - by username 14.05.2021 - 08:32 - Tires marked picked up - by username ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Page to see all tires in storage(table view) Table view of all tires in storage, would be awesome if they can be color coded like green if the tires have been less than a year - orange if longer than one year and red if longer then 18months and blue if they have been picked up. Be able to export all tires in storage into csv or even better xlsx(excel file) A page to be able to export all tires into excel to -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Import / Export page Name says it all a page where I can export everything to csv/excel And where I can import new or override existing items -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Multilang Must be able to use multi lang like .mo and .po files also some ideas might come up after you have started the project. and this must have a clean nice look.
