Job Description:
I need a widget that I can embed on my website that when entered a price of a service, it shows the client 4 different tip amounts to choose from. Then it needs to calculates the total (service +tip) and MOST IMPORTANT ask the client (on the spot) for a DIGITAL SIGNATURE. then I get a copy for my records and the client receives a copy via email. that's it. NO NEED To process any payments. This is just to get a tip and for the client to agree to pay. BUT NO NEED FUNCTIONALITY TO DO ANY CHARGES OR PAYMENTS because I need to enter that info manually on another system (house account on a hotel). So I need just the tip calculator (4 options of tips maybe) , calculate total amount, signature required, copy send to client and me.
