I work for an electrical company whereby we install electricity meters for various clients.
I need an iOS compatible app that technicians can use daily to submit their timesheets.
At the moment, we use a PDF file to capture the data. I have attached it.
Ideally I want the app to function like this:
- Technician to log into the app at the beginning of the day, he hits start work day, this logs his time/date stamp and GPS location
- Technician to add in each job as he completes the work, call them job 1, job 2, job 3 etc etc
- He also can add in a time for his lunch break
- Each job #, we need to assign a client to it, the address, the NMI, the work order #, start time and stop time, the status of the jobs, removed meter number (can be multiple different numbers), installed meter number (can be multiple numbers), job codes (selected from a list, can have multiple codes per job), and a comments section.
The technician can also select either RDO, or SICK LEAVE, which means he does not need to enter any further details at all for that day.
I want the ability to attach photos from the device's gallery to any particular job # or just to the entire time sheet itself.
The image I have attached, I want the technician to enter these data in the app, the overtime box approved by is to be list selection with different names in it.
I want to be app to export the data in the backend to an excel file as we use this to integrate into our payroll software.
