My schedule is completely slammed with development work, and I don't have time to sit through initial phone calls with candidates who aren't qualified. I need a "front-line" VA who can conduct initial interviews, vet the technical skills, and only pass me the top 10% of applicants. This is NOT a standard data entry VA role. You must be able to understand the technology you are screening for. Responsibilities: Review incoming candidate resumes against specific job requirements. Conduct initial video or phone interviews with candidates (approx. 15-20 mins). Ask basic technical screening questions to verify the candidate's knowledge. Identify "red flags" (exaggerated skills, poor communication, cultural misfit). Provide me with a detailed summary report ("Pass," "Fail," or "Maybe") so I can make the final hiring decision quickly.
