We want to manage the sections like joomla and have an area to allow to our technicians and customers (2 different privilege) to download documents, files. We want also to manage the Helpdesk ticket that can be mailed and exported by pdf or doc. Helpdesk can show customized fields and we can choice what our user can show (like technicians and customers). Our tech and our customer in their area can view own tickets, download it and request to our manager to close the ticket with the ticket [url removed, login to view] would like also to send an sms or mail to our customer with detail of the ticket and with status (open or closed). Then please quote also the capability of manage invoice, quote and other documents so we can make all the normal erp management on the web.
