Speed up my Joomla Sites

Hi there , we need someone that can speed up the loading time considerably for our 7 Joomla Classifieds Sites. [login to view URL] has millions of ads and loads consistently at 3 to 4 seconds while having flash and other features and our best sites [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] load at 10 to 13 seconds while our other load anywhere from 16 to 18 seconds. We need consistent speed no matter how many ads come on the site, at the moment our top site [login to view URL] has nearly 5000 Ads. I have a few projects before we launch and this is ongoing work.
